This plugin hasn’t been tested with the latest 3 major releases of WordPress. It may no longer be maintained or supported and may have compatibility issues when used with more recent versions of WordPress.



Masonry Layout and Infinite Scroll for Genesis is the first plugin to implement Masonry blog layout to genesis framework with Infinite Scrolling Effect.

How to use this plugin ?

Install the Plugin and make sure you have featured image enabled in Genesis Theme Settings with option to show excerpt only.

Make sure that you have Number of posts to show on blog less than the total published posts.

Have at least 12 posts published with 6 posts being shown at a time for better results.

The Masonry layout is set to :

1) Front page (Latest Posts)

2) Blog Page (Set in Reading Settings)

3) Category Archives

Download > Go to Plugins > Add New > Upload – The Zip file you downloaded.


1) Featured Images not showing ?

Go to Genesis Settings > Content Archives Tab
Tick Include Featured Image.

2) Blog Page shows full post content

Go to Genesis Settings > Content Archives Tab
Set Display to -> Entry Excerpts

I really like the layout option this plugin provides. I am wondering ... is there a way to add pagination instead of infinite loading ?
