Description
Gigora Order Paste helps authorized WooCommerce store staff parse customer messages, review the extracted customer and product details, and create editable orders.
Features include:
- Bangla, English, and Banglish message parsing.
- Product and SKU matching with custom aliases.
- Single and bulk order workflows.
- Duplicate-order warnings.
- Customer history, logs, and configurable validation.
- High-Performance Order Storage compatibility.
The plugin requires WooCommerce.
All locally implemented plugin functionality is available without a license, activation, registration, payment, subscription, renewal, quota, or external-server connection.
External services
Gigora Order Paste includes an optional support-registration screen. It can connect to the Gigora Support Server at https://gigora.com.bd only when an authorized administrator reviews the disclosure, checks the consent box, and clicks Register for Support, Verify Registration, or Disconnect Support.
The support connection is not required for any plugin feature. The plugin does not automatically contact the support server, does not run scheduled support verification, and does not lock, unlock, enable, disable, or restrict local functionality based on support-registration status.
When the administrator explicitly consents and runs a support action, the following information is sent:
- Support key and support email entered by the administrator.
- Product code.
- Website domain, site URL, and home URL.
- Random installation ID generated by the plugin.
- Plugin version, WordPress version, PHP version, and WooCommerce version when available.
- Request timestamp and a random request nonce.
- Standard connection metadata, such as the site server IP address, may be received by the remote server as part of the network request.
Customer messages, WooCommerce orders, customer names, addresses, phone numbers, products, and payment data are not sent to the support service.
