Description

Gatevanta gives WooCommerce stores a rule-based payment-method control layer without overriding gateway eligibility determined by WooCommerce or the payment provider.

Gatevanta includes:

Unlimited saved rules.
Unlimited conditions per rule; all conditions in a rule use AND logic.
Product, product title, product type and SKU targeting, including multi-value Any / All / None matching where applicable.
SKU prefix, suffix, contains and numeric comparisons, with unlimited detected or custom pattern values.
Category, tag, publish date, product price and shipping class conditions.
Cart quantity and total conditions.
Shipping country, state and shipping method conditions.
Show, Hide and Put first actions.
Manual Test Rules with rule trace and conflict explanation.
Safety Guard for a zero-payment-method routing result.
Catalog Intelligence browsing and SKU suggestions.

Gatevanta also provides an extension API. Separately installed add-on plugins can register additional condition fields and analysis screens. Gatevanta Pro is one such optional add-on and is distributed independently from this WordPress.org package by CommerceFlowHub.

Privacy and external services

Gatevanta does not include telemetry or tracking and does not make background requests to CommerceFlowHub.

Gatevanta stores settings, routing rules and local discovery/cache data in the site’s WordPress database. These data are used only on the site where Gatevanta is installed.

Gatevanta does not download or install executable code from CommerceFlowHub. Optional add-ons are installed separately as their own WordPress plugins.

Uninstalling

Gatevanta preserves its data by default so rules are not lost during troubleshooting or reinstalling. To remove Gatevanta data during uninstall, open Gatevanta > Settings > Data & privacy, turn off “Keep Gatevanta data when uninstalling”, save the setting, and then uninstall Gatevanta. Deactivation alone never removes rules or settings.

Installation

Install and activate WooCommerce.
Install and activate Gatevanta.
Open Gatevanta > Payment Methods to review detected methods.
Create a rule and keep it Off while testing.
Use Gatevanta > Test Rules before turning the rule Live.

FAQ

Can Gatevanta make an unavailable gateway appear?: No. WooCommerce and the payment provider decide baseline eligibility first. Gatevanta only filters or reorders that eligible set.
What happens if rules hide every payment method?: Safety Guard can restore WooCommerce’s original eligible methods so checkout remains usable.
Can other plugins extend Gatevanta?: Yes. Gatevanta exposes an extension API. An installed extension can register its own condition definitions, context data and analysis screens. Extension implementations are supplied by the extension plugin itself rather than by Gatevanta Free.
Are rules deleted if an optional extension is removed?: No. Rules that depend on an extension are preserved and skipped until that extension is available again.
Does Gatevanta send store data to CommerceFlowHub?: No. Gatevanta does not send store, customer, order, catalog or usage data to CommerceFlowHub. CommerceFlowHub links open only when an administrator chooses them.
