GasTracks displays the official weekly fuel prices of the Dominican Republic (source: MICM, Ministry of Industry, Commerce and MSMEs) right on your WordPress site, with GasTracks branding.

Use the [gastracks] shortcode in any post, page, or text widget, or add the “GasTracks” block in the block editor.
External services
This plugin connects to the GasTracks API to display fuel prices. It is needed to show the weekly fuel prices in the widget.
- What the service is and what it is used for: the GasTracks service (https://gastracks.com) provides the official weekly fuel prices of the Dominican Republic. The plugin fetches them from https://gastracks.com/api.php?action=latest and loads the GasTracks logo from https://gastracks.com/logo.png.
- What data is sent and when: when a page containing the widget is loaded, the visitor’s browser makes a standard HTTPS GET request to the GasTracks API. No personal data, cookies, or tracking identifiers are sent or collected by the plugin.
- Terms and privacy: this service is provided by GasTracks: Terms of Service, Privacy Policy.
Installation
- Upload the
gastracks-widgetfolder to/wp-content/plugins/or install the ZIP via Plugins Add New Upload Plugin. - Activate it on the Plugins screen.
- Add the
[gastracks]shortcode wherever you want it, or insert the “GasTracks” block.
No additional configuration required.
