Description
Small orders can cost you money on shipping, packing and payment fees. Fusion64 Minimum Order Rules stops shoppers from checking out until their cart reaches the minimum you set.
Features
- A store-wide minimum order amount
- A different minimum for each user role, for example a higher minimum for wholesale customers
- A separate minimum for guests (shoppers who aren’t logged in)
- Exempt roles (administrators and shop managers by default)
- Choose whether the minimum includes tax
- A custom cart message with {cart_total}, {minimum} and {remaining} placeholders
- Works with the classic cart and checkout and with the Cart and Checkout blocks
- Compatible with WooCommerce High-Performance Order Storage (HPOS)
The check uses the product subtotal after coupons. Shipping isn’t counted.
Installation
- Upload the plugin folder to
/wp-content/plugins/, or install it from the Plugins screen. - Activate the plugin. WooCommerce must be active.
- Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Minimum Order and set your rules.

Which minimum applies when a user has several roles?

The lowest role minimum among the user’s roles applies. If none of the user’s roles has its own minimum, the store-wide minimum applies.

Does it work with the block checkout?

Yes. The message shows in the Cart and Checkout blocks, and the order can’t be placed until the minimum is met.

Is shipping included?

No. The plugin compares the product subtotal after coupons, and adds tax only if you enable that option.
