External service

This plugin is an interface to FormBharat (https://formbharat.com), a hosted form-building service. The forms themselves are built and stored at FormBharat; this plugin only shows them on your site.

What is sent, and when:

• Whenever a page containing a FormBharat form (or a popup button that is opened) is viewed, the visitor’s browser requests the form directly from formbharat.com in an iframe. This sends the visitor’s IP address and standard request data to FormBharat.
• Whatever a visitor types into the form is sent to FormBharat when they submit it. It is stored by FormBharat, not by your WordPress site.
• The plugin itself sends nothing to FormBharat, stores no data on your site, and sets no cookies. No script is loaded from a remote server: the popup launcher is bundled with the plugin.

The form address includes a fixed parameter, fb_src=wordpress, which tells FormBharat that the form is embedded through this plugin. It contains no personal data and does not include your site’s address.

A FormBharat form appears only on pages where you add the block or shortcode.
