Most websites answer their enquiries late, or never. The message arrives as an email, it slides down the inbox, and a customer who was ready to buy goes to whoever replied first.
Followitz fixes the part you keep meaning to do.
When somebody fills in your contact form, they get a reply within seconds — in your business’s name, not ours. If nobody has answered them after a day, they get a short, polite note asking the one question you need to quote. After three days, a single tap to say whether they are still interested. After a week, a graceful close. Then it stops.
And the moment they reply, or you reply, the follow-ups stop. That sounds obvious. Almost no follow-up tool does it, because a plugin on your own server cannot see the reply — Followitz can, because the reply comes back through it.

The follow-up email sequence
Out of the box the sequence is: an instant reply the moment the contact form is submitted, a short question on day 1, three one-tap answers on day 3, and a polite close on day 7. Four emails, ever. Every line of it is yours to edit, and your own contact form’s fields are available in the wording.

Works with your forms
Contact Form 7, WPForms, Gravity Forms, Elementor forms and Fluent Forms — automatically. Each one is read after it has run its own spam check, so whatever protection you already use is respected rather than duplicated.
What it costs
The plugin is free and always will be. Followitz itself has a free tier that follows up a handful of enquiries a month, and paid plans above that. There is no trial period and nothing in this plugin is locked — you connect, it works, and you only pay if you outgrow the free tier.
External service
This plugin is a client for Followitz, a hosted service operated by Grandfield Media Pvt Ltd. It does not work on its own, because the replying and following up happen on the service, not on your site.
Nothing is sent anywhere until you press Connect.
Once connected, each time one of your forms is submitted the plugin sends that submission to https://app.followitz.com/api/in/<your site key>. What is sent is the form’s fields — typically the enquirer’s name, email address, phone number and message — plus your site address, the page the form was on, and two anti-spam values the plugin adds (a hidden honeypot field and how long the form took to fill).
When you press Connect, the plugin also sends your site address, your site name and the email address you enter to https://app.followitz.com/api/connect, and publishes a one-time random value at /wp-json/followitz/v1/verify so that Followitz can confirm the request really came from this site.
Followitz uses that data to email the enquirer on your behalf and to show you your enquiries. Disconnecting stops all of it immediately, and uninstalling removes every setting this plugin stored.

Installation
- Install and activate the plugin.
- Go to Settings Followitz.
- Check the email address shown and press Connect this site to Followitz.
- That is all. Your next enquiry gets a reply within seconds, and a sign-in code arrives in your inbox so you can see them all.

Do I need an account first?

No. Pressing Connect creates one from the email address WordPress already knows. There is no signup form and no password.

Will this slow down or break my contact form?

No. The plugin sends the enquiry in the background and never waits for a reply, so a slow or unavailable Followitz cannot delay a submission. Your form’s own notification email carries on working exactly as before.

Who does the email come from?

Your business. The enquirer sees your business name as the sender, and replying to it reaches you.

What if someone puts a stranger’s email address into my form?

They receive one message, once, which explains plainly that somebody filled in a form on your site and gives them a single click to remove their address everywhere. Nothing further is sent unless the enquirer or you actually engage with it.

Does it handle spam?

Yes, and that matters more than it sounds: following up on spam is how a sender’s reputation gets ruined. The plugin adds a honeypot and a timing check, reads your form only after its own spam check has passed, and Followitz then scores each submission. Anything uncertain is held for you to look at rather than emailed.

Can I change what the emails say?

Yes. The wording of every step is yours to edit in Followitz, including the instant reply, and your own form’s fields are available in it.

Can I use this without WordPress?

Yes. Followitz takes enquiries from any platform — any form that can post to a URL, or simply by forwarding the notification email your form already sends.
