How can I sign up to Flipdish?

Please visit our portal at https://portal.flipdish.com/ to sign up to Flipdish or talk to our sales team.

What is the “Space above Basket” setting?

The space above the basket is how far down the page the basket should be from the top of the users screen. This is required for websites that have a sticky header/navigation.

When you visit your menu page with the list of items and you scroll down, the header/navigation sometimes moves down with the page. This will overlap with the ordering basket. If this is happening, please increase the number until the basket is no longer overlapping. If you experience no overlapping at all, please leave it at 0.

How do I add the ordering system to a page?

Once you have entered all the information required and clicked ‘Save Changes’, please click on ‘Copy Shortcode’.

Then, go to the page you wish to add the ordering system to and paste it in the text editor field. In Gutemberg you may have to select the Shortcode block. In other WordPress editors you may also have to select the Shortcode element.
