What is a Facebook Save Button?
The save button lets people save items or services to a private list on Facebook, share it with friends, and receive relevant notifications. Reviews

Excellent But Not Quite 100% Yet

This simple plugin is a great idea.
I use the Facebook save feature quite a lot so I couldn’t wait to try out this plugin.

It installed quickly and easily with no issues. I checked the front end and wow it worked like a dream, I was so pleased.

But when I tried to use the plugin whilst on my mobile phone there was a problem. I clicked the save button and the plugin duly saved the page.

But… there was an overlay popup telling me something along the lines of, you have saved this page only you can see this.

The problem is that the overlay is not positioned correctly for mobile and the X hide button for the popup is not visible. Therefore I could no longer browse the page I was on and had to close the page to continue browsing. Not good for mobile experience.

I’ve since had to disable the plugin because most of my vistors come via mobile and I don’t want them moving away as soon as they save a page.

Great plugin two suggestions

This plugin is absolutely awesome and I will review it on a couple of blogs. Thank you for creating it!

However If I may suggest 2 things that might make it even better:

1. I noticed that the button fails to display on pages/posts that have been created using SiteOrigin Page Builder. A support for this would be great. This does not apply for the shortcode usage.

2. The shortcode [fbs] should be able to work even without the need to provide a link. For example [fbs size=”large”] should result in a large button with the link for the current post/page. So far this is not working.

Keep up the great work!

I love this simple plugin.

After reading this plugin, I have written about this plugin at my blog. This plugin makes it very simple and easy for your readers to save your blog post on their facebook account.

I think Mr Ahmad Awais should add support for Like and Send button as well.

Just Awesome

Facebook just announced this feature in F8 conference a few days ago & you beautifully developed this plugin for WordPress users.
I just can’t stop myself from giving you 5-star review.

Thumbs Up (Y)
