EU Cookie Wall

Description

This plugin add’s a simple cookie wall to comply with Dutch Cookie-laws. This plugin can be used when there is not ‘light’ version available of the website without cookies and 3rd-party embeds.

Features

  • Bot/indexer/SEO friendly, only target the users you want to target.
  • Customise the look and feel
  • Easily change the content of the cookie wall
  • Easy control with shortcodes

Please note that this is an early release, things can change in the future. Not everything is as polished as I’d like.

What about Google?

This plugin targets only a browser by user-agent most of the spiders, indexers and bots (like WhatsApp/telegram previews, Facebook share preview, etc.) are not redirected to the cookie wall. This way they can index what they want without interruption.
