Great Plugin with Flexibility

This is a great plugin with really good flexibility built in, to allow you to do pretty much whatever you want with it. It works great out the box, but with a day of work on templates and styling, I’ve got a really unique and specific solution on my site. Also queried the support team, who were fantastic and responsive! Don’t forget to check out their documentation as it’s thorough and well-written (and well organised in — you guessed it — their own plugin!!).

Great Plugin, Well documented and Easy to Use

This is exactly what I was looking for to setup my plugin’s knowledge base.

Great plugin, easy to use and very well documented. Got the Knowledge base setup and running in just a few minutes. Had an issue, sent them an email and they replied within a few hours.

Keep up the good job team!

Exactly what I was looking for and Great Support!

I looked and searched for a KB/FAQ plugin that would do what I needed and I went through many. This is it! It’s easy to use, simple, clean, intuitive. It just works. I ran into an issue and contacted the developer and he responded to me within minutes, willing and ready to help. And in the end, the issue turned out to be something that I had done – and not an issue with the plugin itself. Great work from Echo. Keep it up!
