Privacy
Eazily Chat loads an external script from Eazily servers to provide the chat functionality.
This may send the following data to Eazily:
– Page URL
– User interactions with the chat widget
– Messages entered into the chat
This data is used solely to provide and improve the AI assistant experience.

Installation
- Download the plugin ZIP file.
- In your WordPress admin, go to Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin.
- Upload the ZIP file and click “Install Now”.
- Activate the plugin.
- Go to Settings > Eazily Chat.
- Enter your Assistant ID (found in your Eazily dashboard).
- Click “Save Changes”. The chat widget will appear on your site immediately.

Where do I find my Assistant ID?

Log in to your Eazily dashboard, open your assistant’s settings, and copy the ID shown in the embed section.

Yes. Enter a hex color code (like #5B4CD8) in the Primary Color field under Settings > Eazily Chat.

Does this slow down my site?

No. The widget script loads asynchronously and does not block page rendering.
