Description
Dux Connector for WooCommerce is the official integration between WooCommerce and Dux Software. It prepares your store so the Dux ERP can receive your orders and products. A Dux account is required.
Features:
- Generates a WooCommerce REST API key (read/write) and the webhooks for order and product events (created, updated, deleted) that the Dux ERP needs.
- Adds a DNI/CUIT field to the checkout, for both the classic checkout and the block-based checkout, unless your store already has a fiscal field.
- Diagnostics screen that checks requirements, permalinks, REST API, webhooks and credentials, with an activity log you can export.
- Automatic check every 6 hours that can recreate missing or broken webhooks (“auto repair” option).
- Compatible with High-Performance Order Storage (HPOS).
External services
This plugin connects your store to the Dux ERP service.
- Service: Dux Software WooCommerce service, operated by Dux Software (https://www.duxsoftware.com.ar).
- What it is used for: to deliver your store events to your Dux ERP account so orders and products are kept in sync.
- Data sent: for each order, the order data, including the customer billing and shipping details and the DNI/CUIT stored in the
_billing_dniduxmeta; for each product, the product data including stock and prices. The data is sent through WooCommerce webhooks, signed with HMAC using the integration code configured in the plugin. - When it is sent: only after the store administrator generates the credentials in the plugin screen. From then on, data is sent every time an order or product is created, updated or deleted. The periodic check (every 6 hours) can recreate missing webhooks if the “auto repair” option is enabled.
- API key: the plugin creates a WooCommerce REST API key named “DUX Software” with read/write permissions. It allows Dux to read and update orders and products in your store.
