Description
This plugin allows a user to specifiy which parts of the dublin core namespace they wish to use and then adds extra fields to the post / page pages to allow for submissions of this data.

Installation
This section describes how to install the plugin and get it working.
e.g.
- Upload the contents of the zip (including the folder) to the
/wp-content/plugins/
directory - Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
- Visit the settings page for the plugin – No other configuration is required.
