Description
Get more sales from the traffic you already have
Visitors browse your website and explore your offer, but they do not always take the next step. In WooCommerce stores, customers view products and add them to their carts, yet often leave without completing their purchase.
Without the right response, you lose more than an order or enquiry. You also lose the opportunity to collect contact details and reconnect with an interested visitor.
DropUI helps turn visits into purchases, leads, and returning customers. It displays relevant messages during the visit, responds to user behavior, and helps you continue the conversation after someone leaves your website.
You can build a campaign yourself, start with a ready-made scenario, or use the AI Assistant. Simply describe the result you want to achieve, and the Assistant will suggest the campaign copy, layout, and call-to-action button.
An onboarding specialist included with your plan
Plans starting from $19 per month include support from a dedicated onboarding specialist.
Your specialist helps you configure DropUI and prepare and launch campaigns tailored to your website or store.
They can also help you review campaign performance and recommend what to improve or launch next. You are not left alone with the dashboard, setup, or results analysis.

Reach visitors during and after their visit
DropUI connects onsite communication with channels that help you bring visitors back after they leave.
Popups, bars, forms, web push notifications, and WhatsApp can become part of one consistent customer journey instead of a collection of disconnected tools.
Communication during the visit
- Popup – displays an offer, form, or message tailored to the current page and the visitor’s behavior. In WooCommerce, it can also respond to product and cart context.
- Bar – remains visible during the visit and highlights a promotion, an important deadline, or a free-shipping threshold in WooCommerce.
- Embed – places a form, recommendation, or additional offer directly within a selected area of your website.
- Feed – collects current offers and updates in one panel that visitors can return to throughout their visit.
Communication after the visitor leaves
- Web push – reminds visitors about a promotion, product, or unfinished purchase even when they are no longer browsing your website.
- WhatsApp – lets you send offers and reminders and continue the conversation when a customer replies.
More channels coming soon
- Email – will help you continue communication after a visit, recover abandoned carts, and encourage customers to purchase again.
- SMS – will let you send short offers, reminders, and links that take customers directly back to your website or store.
What does the website or store owner gain?
- More opportunities to convert visitors – respond when someone is about to leave or needs one more reason to take the next step.
- Fewer abandoned carts in WooCommerce – display a relevant offer, discount code, free-shipping incentive, or reminder about products left in the cart.
- More leads and marketing consents – collect email addresses and phone numbers through forms, popups, and sign-up campaigns.
- Higher order value – show WooCommerce customers how much more they need to spend to receive free shipping, a free gift, or an order-value discount.
- More returning visitors – remind people about your offer or an unfinished action through web push or WhatsApp.
- Less time spent on campaign setup – use the support of an onboarding specialist, ready-made scenarios, and the AI Assistant instead of starting from a blank screen.
- Clear performance data – analyze impressions, clicks, click-through rates, conversions, and A/B test results.
- Easy migration from another tool – receive help moving contacts, marketing consents, settings, and campaign scenarios to DropUI.
What does the visitor gain?
- Offers that match the situation – visitors see a discount, bonus, or message related to the page they are viewing, the product they are considering, or their current stage in the purchase journey.
- Help making a decision – recommendations, free-shipping thresholds, and countdown timers make available benefits clear and easier to understand.
- Fewer irrelevant messages – display rules help present the right content in the right place and at the right time.
- Easier access to promotions – visitors can quickly receive a discount code, sign up for an offer, or open a recommended product.
- A simpler way to return – reminders about a promotion, discount code, or unfinished action take the visitor directly to the relevant page.
- A consistent experience – communication during and after the visit becomes one connected journey instead of a series of unrelated messages.
What can you launch with DropUI?
You can freely combine formats, channels, content, conditions, and display rules. This allows you to create campaigns tailored to your objective, audience, and website.
- A discount code for returning visitors – display a special offer when someone visits again.
- Abandoned cart recovery in WooCommerce – show a discount, free-shipping incentive, or final reason to complete the purchase before the customer leaves.
- A reminder after someone leaves – bring visitors back with web push or WhatsApp.
- A WooCommerce free-shipping threshold – show customers how much more they need to spend to receive free shipping, a gift, or a discount.
- A discount or newsletter sign-up – collect contact details and marketing consents in exchange for a code or special offer.
- Product recommendations – display bestsellers, product bundles, and complementary products.
- A countdown promotion – present an offer available for a limited time.
- A spin-to-win wheel or scratch card – engage visitors with a discount code, prize, or additional reward.
- A survey – collect feedback, preferences, and information directly from visitors.
- An important notice – communicate details about a promotion, delivery, product availability, or required consent, such as age confirmation.
Show the right message at the right time
You decide who sees a campaign, where it appears, and when it is triggered.
A campaign can respond to:
- the page being visited,
- whether this is the visitor’s first or a repeat visit,
- user behavior and exit intent,
- device, language, and traffic source,
- UTM parameters and login status,
- campaign schedules and display frequency.
For websites using WooCommerce, campaigns can also respond to:
- the product, category, tag, or variation being viewed,
- cart contents and cart value,
- an applied coupon,
- the free-shipping threshold,
- the current checkout stage.
This means visitors receive a message that matches their current situation instead of the same generic promotion shown to everyone.
WordPress and WooCommerce
DropUI works with WordPress websites. You can use popups, bars, forms, Feed, web push, WhatsApp, and behavior-based display rules.
If you run a WooCommerce store, DropUI can also use information about products, categories, coupons, cart contents, order value, and the checkout stage.
You create, publish, and analyze campaigns in the DropUI dashboard. You do not need to rebuild your website or edit your WordPress theme every time you want to launch a new offer, form, or message.

Compatibility
The plugin requires WordPress 6.3 or newer.
The plugin was also tested up to WordPress 7.0.
Each WordPress site connects to DropUI independently. In a WordPress Multisite network, every site has its own DropUI connection, configuration, and campaigns.
External Service
This plugin connects your WordPress website to DropUI, an external software service. A DropUI account is required to create, publish, and analyze campaigns.
Service provider:
E-TRADE SOLUTIONS Sp. z o.o.
When the site administrator starts the connection process, the plugin sends the information required to identify and connect the WordPress website, including:
- a unique site identifier,
- the WordPress site name,
- the site URL,
- the connection callback URL,
- the WordPress administrator email address,
- the platform identifier,
- information indicating whether the site already has an authentication secret.
For authenticated actions such as signing in to DropUI or disconnecting the site, the plugin sends a signed request containing the site identifier, the requested action, a timestamp, a nonce, and a cryptographic signature.
After you connect your website, the service may process information needed to select, display, and measure campaigns, including:
- the URL of the page being visited,
- campaign identifiers,
- impressions, clicks, and conversions,
- device, language, and traffic-source information,
- user behavior related to a campaign,
- information voluntarily submitted through forms, such as an email address or phone number.
If the website uses WooCommerce, the processed context may also include the product, category, variation, coupon, cart contents, cart value, and checkout stage.
The exact scope of processed information depends on the website configuration, enabled features, and active campaigns.
The plugin does not connect the site to DropUI until the site administrator explicitly starts the connection process.
