Dippler for WordPress is a plug-in, which turns a WordPress blog into a full-scale personal learning environment and integrates it with the Dippler learning ecosystem. Learner can use her Dippler-enhanced blog to enroll herself to courses provided by a university. Enrolled students receive directly to their personal blog course announcements, assignments, learning resources, teacher’s feedback and grades from Dippler BackOffice. When learner changes her affiliation from one university to another, she keeps the blog and its content. Learner is able to personalize her Dippler-enhanced blog to certain extent – supports three themes (TwentyTen, TwentyEleven, TwentyTwelve), learner is allowed to add sidebar widgets and pages. Plugin works also with the network installation of the WordPress.
Install Dippler for WordPress plugin.
Activate plugin – this will also enable and activate best available theme from the array of (TwentyTwelve, TwentyEleven, TwentyTen)
Configure plugin – Settings -> Dippler for WordPress
