Description

The Dashboard Sticky Notes plugin adds the functionality to add sticky notes into the dashboard. You could specify the context (normal or side), priority (high or low), and target (user roles) with notes. HTML tags and shortcodes are also available in the content.

Installation

  1. Copy the dashboard-sticky-notes directory into your wp-content/plugins directory
  2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
  3. Add and edit notes in Sticky Notes
  4. That’s it! 🙂

Good, but not safe at default.

At default it showing up at search results, so it’s not safe to use it if you don’t manually disable this behaviour.

And this plugin ignore <ul> lists.

Best dashboard notes plugin I've found

I’ve tried several similar plugins but this was the only one that allows me to use text styling for better readability. It’s also great that each note is a separate widget that can be positioned individually.
