This plugin hasn’t been tested with the latest 3 major releases of WordPress. It may no longer be maintained or supported and may have compatibility issues when used with more recent versions of WordPress.



This plugin allows you to add a captcha before anyone could post a comment. The captcha can be easily configured in the options of the WordPress admin section.

This plugin use on the Cryptographp library.


  1. Unzip the archive in the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
  2. Activate the plugin through the Plugins menu in WordPress.
  3. Place <?php display_cryptographp(); ?> in file comments.php of your templates. You MUST display it while the plugin is activated, or users won’t be able to post any comment.
  4. You can configure the captcha with the Options > Cryptographp page of your admin.
