FAQ
-
Does Crypsift work with WooCommerce Checkout Blocks?
-
Yes. Crypsift supports both classic checkout and WooCommerce Checkout Blocks.
-
Does Crypsift support HPOS?
-
Yes. Crypsift declares HPOS compatibility.
-
How many wallets can I add?
-
You can save as many wallets as you need in Crypsift Free. The plugin includes starter presets for Bitcoin, Ethereum, and USDT (TRC20), and you can also add blank wallet entries and fill in your own coin, network, address, logo, and CoinGecko ID details.
-
How are crypto amounts calculated?
-
If the merchant enables live pricing in Crypsift settings and saves a CoinGecko ID on a wallet, Crypsift requests a live fiat-to-crypto quote from CoinGecko. If live pricing is disabled or a wallet has no CoinGecko ID, Crypsift shows the store total and the customer can send the equivalent value manually.
-
How do QR codes work?
-
If the merchant enables QR Server images in Crypsift settings, the payment page requests a hosted QR image from QR Server using the selected wallet address and image size. If that setting is disabled or the service is unavailable, Crypsift falls back to its built-in wallet address helper instead of loading a remote QR image.
-
How are crypto payments verified?
-
Customers upload a payment proof after sending funds. Store admins can review and approve or reject the payment inside Crypsift.
