The plugin includes a visual Kanban pipeline, contact management, WhatsApp lead capture, smart WhatsApp links, a floating WhatsApp button, manual order management, optional WooCommerce integration, activity tracking, basic statuses, basic services, lead filters, and CSV export.
Converso CRM Lite works without external platforms. You can start managing customer inquiries from WordPress and keep a clear view of each lead in the pipeline.
All features included in this plugin are free and fully functional.
External services
Converso CRM Lite can open WhatsApp links through https://wa.me/ when a visitor or administrator chooses to continue a conversation in WhatsApp. The visitor’s message text may be included in the WhatsApp URL only after the visitor submits the lead capture form or clicks a WhatsApp link. Installation
- Upload the
converso-crm-litefolder to/wp-content/plugins/or install the ZIP file from Plugins > Add New. - Activate the plugin from the WordPress Plugins screen.
- Open Converso CRM from the WordPress admin menu.
- Configure your business data, WhatsApp settings, statuses, and services.
