The plugin’s dashboard also includes the Sitetrail Visibility Toolkit with four optional companion products: Sitetrail NewsPass, AI Live Chat PRO, Sitetrail Turbo, and Woo Toolbox. These links appear only within the plugin’s own admin pages. They never appear on the WordPress Dashboard, as admin notices, or on the public-facing website. No tracking parameters are appended to any URL.
Does Content Visibility send my site to OpenAI?
No — not automatically. Local scans run entirely on your server. If you optionally add an OpenAI API key, the plugin can generate an AI Improvement Plan only after you deliberately click Generate AI Improvement Plan on the dashboard. That sends a compact summary of your latest scan findings, not your whole website. AI-readable summaries are generated locally from published content unless you optionally enable OpenAI enhancement in Settings and click Generate on the dashboard. No rankings, citations, traffic, recommendations, or AI inclusion are guaranteed.
What are AI-readable files?
Content Visibility can publish an /llms.txt discovery file and optional /content-visibility-ai/{post_id}.md summaries built from published public content only. These are concise machine-readable briefings — not full post dumps — and do not expose private, draft, password-protected, or unpublished content.

Installation
- Upload the
content-publicityfolder to/wp-content/plugins/. - Activate the plugin through the Plugins screen in WordPress.
- Open Content Visibility from the admin menu.
- Click Run full-site scan to generate your first report.

Does this plugin add links to my public website?

No. External Sitetrail links appear only inside the plugin’s own admin pages and plugin row meta.

Does the plugin phone home?

No. Scanning and recommendation copy are handled locally. No network requests are made to Sitetrail unless you click a link.

Is Content Visibility free?

Yes. All core functionality is free with no upgrade wall.
