I advised a customer of mine to use this product, but with no support will look for an alternative for future customers, some basic functions which could be easily included in the email response creation are not there compared to other programs.
If you need an auto-response email to be generated to include the information from the form fields this is limited.

Unable to release it so contacted the support. no response since 4 days. really poor support.

Couldn't be happier with this contact form. Any issues I had the creator responded within the hour. 5 stars!!!

The plugin doesn't send any messages with the most smtp plugins. It cannot pass the information in the $_POST['allelmnt'] array at all.
This is the reason all the SMTP plugins do not work with it.

I must say, the plugin looks great, it's highly customizable, and the end design looks excellent too. Only problem is a need a date field and you must pay to get this, and I can't really justify buying a plugin just for a date field, something that's quite commonly needed. The reason I come to WordPress.org is to find a free solution and without date picker, to me it's useless.
If you want you could always create a custom text field and ask for the date, but then you don't get a date picker.
