Description
CiteVano AI Readiness adds a tool under Tools in WordPress Admin. When an administrator chooses to run a scan, the plugin sends the site’s public domain to CiteVano and displays a point-in-time report with a readiness score, signal checks, and suggestions.
The scan reads public website signals. The plugin does not access customer, order, or account data and does not modify the site.
A technical readiness score is not a score or ranking issued by an AI provider. The scan cannot guarantee AI mentions, citations, recommendations, traffic, or sales.
External services
This plugin connects to CiteVano (https://www.citevano.com) only after an administrator clicks “Scan this public website”. It sends the site’s public domain to the CiteVano audit endpoint and receives a readiness report based on publicly accessible pages.

Installation
- Upload the plugin files to the /wp-content/plugins/citevano-ai-readiness directory, or install it through the WordPress Plugins screen.
- Activate the plugin.
- Open Tools > CiteVano AI Readiness.
- Choose “Scan this public website”.
