- What the service is and what it is used for: The plugin connects to the Bale API (
https://tapi.bale.ai/botandhttps://tapi.bale.ai/business/bot) to generate digital invoices, process payments via the Bale Wallet, register webhooks for real-time payment confirmation, and send digital receipts and downloadable products directly to the user’s chat. - What data is sent and when:
- When a user initiates a payment, the plugin sends the Order ID, total amount, product image URLs, and store name to generate an invoice.
- Upon successful payment, it may send digital files (if the product is downloadable) to the customer’s Chat ID.
- During webhook registration, your site’s webhook URL is sent to the Bale API.

Installation
- Upload the plugin files to the
/wp-content/plugins/chatpay-gateway-for-baledirectory, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly. - Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ screen in WordPress.
- Go to
WooCommerce > Settings > Paymentsand enable “Bale Pay”. - Click on “Manage” and enter your Bot Token and Provider Token received from
@botfatherin Bale. - Go to the new gateway menu from the main admin menu and click “Register Webhook” to secure your connection.

Does this plugin support auto-delivery of digital products?

Yes! If you enable the “Auto Send Files” option in the settings, the plugin will automatically send the downloadable files (up to 20MB) directly to the customer’s Bale messenger chat upon successful payment.

What happens if the user closes the browser during payment?

Nothing is lost. Thanks to our dedicated Webhook architecture, the Bale server communicates directly with your WordPress server, securely updating the order status to “Completed” regardless of the user’s browser state.

Is my Bot Token secure?

Absolutely. All your sensitive information is securely stored in the WordPress database and is never exposed to the front-end. The Webhook endpoint is also protected using dynamic token validation to prevent spoofing attacks.

Does this plugin support currencies other than Toman?

Yes. The plugin smartly detects all common Iranian currencies configured in WooCommerce (IRR, Toman, HR, HT) and automatically performs the necessary conversions before sending the data to the Bale API.

What is Manual Transaction Inquiry?

If the webhook fails to trigger for any reason (e.g., your server experiencing downtime), you can navigate to the plugin’s admin dashboard, enter the Bale Transaction ID, and manually check the status directly from Bale’s servers.
