Cenariu Purchasing for WooCommerce

Description

This is an independent plugin by Cenariu, not affiliated with or endorsed by WooCommerce.
Manage suppliers, configure product purchase data, create purchase orders and receive deliveries with WooCommerce stock updates and an audit trail.
Supports simple products and individual variations with stock management enabled.
Requires MySQL/MariaDB with InnoDB tables. Activate separately per site; network activation is unsupported.
Free includes manual purchase orders, receiving, acquisition cost allocation, basic reorder suggestions, saved supplier offers and optional integration with supplier import previews. The printable order document can be saved as PDF through the browser. Cenariu Purchasing Pro is a separate add-on for minimum order quantities, order multiples, direct PDF downloads and supplier email with PDF attachments. Bulk order creation is not implemented yet.
Purchase data is preserved on uninstall.
WordPress privacy tools export structured supplier contacts matched by email, historical contact copies and limited operator/email activity. By default erasure requests report matching records for manual review. Administrators can optionally enable selective removal of historical contact fields and operator identifiers after a configured minimum age. This runs only through an erasure request, never on a schedule. Open orders, recent activity and unresolved email attempts are protected. Current supplier contacts, fiscal identity, free-text notes, deleted operator accounts, downloaded documents and backup tables require separate manual review. Suggested privacy policy text is available in the WordPress privacy guide and must be adapted for the store.

Source code

The ZIP includes original readable PHP in cenariu-purchasing.php, includes/ and admin/pages.php, and CSS/JavaScript in assets/. No bundling or minification is used. No build step is required to run these sources. The local tools/build.ps1 script only packages these runtime files into a ZIP; it does not compile or transform them.

FAQ

Does creating a purchase order change stock?

No. Stock changes only when you confirm a goods receipt. Record only the quantity delivered now; remaining goods can be received later.

Is the purchase cost the selling price?

No. Purchase costs and allocated acquisition expenses are tracked separately from the WooCommerce selling price.

Do I need Pro?

Free includes manual purchase orders, suppliers, receiving and stock updates without commercial supplier or order quotas. Pro is a separate plugin installed alongside Free for the advanced features described above.

What happens when I deactivate or uninstall?

Purchasing records and settings are retained. Uninstalling is not a request to erase personal data. Review backups and external documents separately.

Where can I find a beginner guide?

The dashboard shows five starting steps and contextual help. The ZIP also includes an English walkthrough and common questions in README.md.
