I was looking for a solution to help me to communicate with my customers. I was receiving a lot of calls and couldn't attend all of them. I tried other chatbots, but they were very limited and I always have to do the job myself. When I tried ccRobot I noticed it was a professional tool. Many plugins where already in place like calendar, gps, and input collection. It was easy to configure and I could manage different types of scenarios with in the same chatbot. The best is the solution highlight topics I should work on, so I am always on top of the questions of my customers.
