Quick Salon Book Pro is a separate plugin, sold on our website, that adds:
- Online payments & deposits – let clients pay by card (Stripe: cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay) or PayPal when they book. Charge the full price or a deposit (percentage or fixed amount). Turn on “Pay at the salon”, “Card”, “PayPal” – one, two or all three, and clients choose. Money goes straight to your own Stripe or PayPal account; no extra fees from us.
- CRM & automation – send every booking to GoHighLevel (contacts, tags, notes, pipeline opportunities) or to any webhook (Zapier, Make, n8n).
- Thank-you page & ad tracking – send clients to your own thank-you page with booking value and currency for Meta and Google Ads conversions.
- CSV export of bookings.

External services
This plugin connects to these external services:
- Google reCAPTCHA – only if you turn on reCAPTCHA in Settings and enter your own keys. Google’s reCAPTCHA script is then loaded on the booking form, and when a client books, the reCAPTCHA token and the visitor’s IP address are sent to Google to check that the booking is not spam. - Freemius – used for licensing and upgrades. Nothing is sent unless the site admin chooses to opt in when asked (site URL, WordPress and PHP versions, plugin version and the admin’s name and email). Freemius Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Privacy
Quick Salon Book stores the name, email, phone and notes that clients enter, in your WordPress database, so you can manage their appointments. It does not send data to the plugin author. If you enable Google reCAPTCHA, Google’s reCAPTCHA script is loaded on the booking form and Google’s privacy policy applies: https://policies.google.com/privacy
In Quick Salon Book Pro, if you turn on online payments, clients are sent to Stripe’s or PayPal’s own secure payment page; the treatment, amount and the client’s email address are shared with that provider to take the payment. The plugin uses the Freemius SDK for licensing and upgrades. Freemius only receives data if you choose to opt in when asked, or when you buy Pro. Freemius privacy policy: https://freemius.com/privacy/

Installation
- Plugins Add New search for “Casa Quick Salon Book” Install Activate.
- The setup wizard opens: choose your type of business, currency and opening hours. Tick “Add a sample price list” and “Create a Book Online page”.
- Edit your real treatments and prices under Quick Salon Book Treatments.
- Check Settings General Timezone is your salon’s timezone.
- Recommended: install an SMTP plugin (e.g. WP Mail SMTP) so booking emails reliably reach the inbox.

Does it take payments?

The free version is for “book now, pay at the salon”. Quick Salon Book Pro adds online payments and deposits with Stripe and PayPal – you can offer pay at the salon, pay online, or let clients choose.

What happens if a client starts paying online but doesn’t finish?

The time is held for 35 minutes. If the payment isn’t completed, the booking is cancelled automatically and the time becomes free again. No emails are sent for unfinished payments.

Can two clients book the same time?

Yes, if you allow it. Set “Clients at the same time” on your location (e.g. 3 if three stylists work). The time disappears once it is full.

Can I add bookings that come in by phone?

Yes – Bookings Add booking. The time is then blocked on the website too.

Does it work with my theme / page builder?

It works with any theme. Elementor gets two dedicated widgets; everywhere else use the shortcodes or a

Booking emails are not arriving

WordPress sends email through your web host, which is often marked as spam or blocked. Install an SMTP plugin such as WP Mail SMTP and connect it to your email provider.

Does it work with caching plugins?

Yes. Available times are loaded live and are never cached.

No. Bookings are stored in your own WordPress database. Nothing is sent anywhere unless you turn on Google reCAPTCHA (Google) or, in Pro, a CRM or webhook you set up yourself.
