- Download and upload the plugin to your plugins folder. Then activate
it in your network administration.

- Setup a cron-job calling your wp-cron.php if you want the email
delay feature to work properly.
This plugin causes a white screen error when members reply to forums, this problem is at least 7 months old and there has been no response from the plugin author.
