  • The original document is pdf file or word file.
    In order that the plugins works, each pages of the documents shown as samples need to be converted in jpg images.
    The images have to be stored in a wordpress folder /wp-content/uploads/booksamples/

  • Once the plugin is installed and activated, the user put a shortcode in his post/page. The shortcode is shown as a link that the visitor
    can click.
    When the link is clicked on, the first page of the images samples appears. Buttons installed below the page allows visiting pages througth the book.

  • The plugin provides an option to protect any attempt screen capture or rightclick image view, prohibiting the visitors steal the contents of yours edocument.

  • In the option page, users can adjust cross fading between the page swiching, and can choice the backdrop color.

  • A javascript routine adjust the size(inch or mm) of the image to keep the original width / height ratio. So the sample images stay undistortioned.

  • The plugin allows handling 14″ x 14″ document.


  1. Upload the zip file \’\’ from wordpress depositary

  2. Go to Plugins > Add News

  3. Go to tabs Uploads and browse the file where you have uploaded the zip file

  4. Activate the plugin

  5. Convert your ebook sample sheet in jpg file

  6. Put your ebook images in a folder (called here image_folder), and put it
    in wp-content/uploads/booksamples

  7. Use shortcode [bookview booklink=\”image_folder\”]Link Text[/bookview]

  8. Click on Link Text (blue link).

  • The link appears, but when I click on, the images is not shown,

  • The images are appearing, but seems distorded,
    Probably, you have entering the wrong size (widthxheight) in the shortcode, or you are using the wrong unit (inch instead mm, or mm instead inch).
    The default unit is inch.

  • The time to load pages is very long, why?
    The time to load is long because the size of your images are too big,

  • The resolution of the images is very poor, how to fix it?
    The images that you are using have a size too big, and so the resolution drops down.

  • What is Maximum Page Number in the admin page?
    The Maximum Page Number is the number MAXIMUM OF IMAGES THAT THE PLUGIN WILL SHOW IN A FOLDER.
    The pages number displayed is normally set by the number of page images in the folder.
    Let īs that you want display only 10 pages for all ebook you want to expose. Then no more that 10 images will be displayed
    for all the book you are presenting in yours folders. This number is set in the admin field “Number Maximum of Pages”
    and must be between 1 and 30, and cannot be 0 or excess 30.

  • In which order are displayed the images?
    Simply order the images in your folder by using number. For example image_1.jpg, image_2.jpg
    The name of the images does not matter, may be different from the folder name, and have no effect on the displaying.
