Bookings is a powerful digital appointment booking solution that allows you to provide online booking services on your website.

Whether you’re running a beauty salon, medical practice, gym, consultancy, providing hotel rooms or running a school, visitors to your site will be able to check availability of your services and products and make online bookings.

  • Blackout times are easy to add and manage to restrict reservations.
  • Reservation minimum and maximum time limits can be set on a per-resource basis.
  • Administrator has power to add and manage an unlimited number of resources. All which can be toggled active and inactive at any point.

  1. Look for bookings in the plugin installation panel.
  2. Click on ‘Install Now’ to install the plugin.
  3. Activate the plugin.
  4. Include the code [bookings] in any page to display the bookings form. There are differrent options for formatting the bookings form that are explained in our documentation.

This plugin uses web services, what exactly does that mean?

Web services are simple way of delivering software solutions. Basically it means that the software & data is hosted on our secure servers and that you can access it from anywhere in the world.
No need to worry about backing up your data, managing systems, we do it for you.

What about data privacy?

Bookings uses web services stored on Zingiri’s servers. In doing so, personal data is collected and stored on our servers.
This data includes amongst others your admin email address as this is used, together with the API key as a unique identifier for your account on Zingiri’s servers.
We have a very strict privacy policy as well as terms & conditions governing data stored on our servers.

We ran into a significant number of UX problems with the setup of this plugin. The first problem was that the user who installed the plugin was automatically the admin of the plugin.

Much recommended for appointments and events rather than hotels i guess... Setting up my hotel rooms can be dizzying, and I just feel like i'm winging things, with the recurrences and schedules etc.. what's up with the resources? I didn't dig?

Great bookings solution for my clients. I've used this for a couple of clients and the revamped front-end included with version 6 is really looking cool and makes it much easier to integrate with my theme.
