Adds a little box for you to specify if a page should auto refresh after a given number of seconds.
- Upload the plugin to the ‘/wp-content/plugins/’ directory
- Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
To use this plugin, when authoring a post or page, simply enter the number of seconds you wish the page to refresh after in the box on the right hand side of the edit screen.ace them.
It does the job. You just have to put the number of seconds you need between each reload.

Plugin does just what it says it does. So easy it doesn’t really need any support.
Does exactly what it says, tested with a 3rd part theme with Visual Composer, WP v4.3.1 in a Multisite installation.
