AskKora SEO

Description

AskKora SEO connects your WordPress site to Kora, an AI assistant for small businesses. In your Kora chat you can ask things like “write meta descriptions for my pages” or “add my business details for Google”; Kora shows you the changes, and once you approve them, this plugin saves them on your site.

Works with the SEO plugin you already use. Only one plugin should print SEO tags, so AskKora SEO adapts:

  • Yoast SEO or Rank Math active — helper mode. AskKora SEO saves titles, meta descriptions and focus keywords into their fields, and they keep printing your SEO tags. AskKora SEO prints nothing.
  • No SEO plugin — full mode. AskKora SEO prints the title, meta description, Open Graph / Twitter tags and your business schema (JSON-LD) itself, and can serve /llms.txt.
  • Another SEO plugin (e.g. All in One SEO, SEOPress) — read-only for now; AskKora SEO does not change anything.

What it does not do: it does not write content by itself, does not contain AI, and never sends data from your site anywhere. All writing happens in Kora, after you approve it.

External services

This plugin is controlled by the Kora service (https://askkora.ai). It adds REST API endpoints under /wp-json/askkora/v1/ that Kora calls to read and save SEO fields, business details, llms.txt text and redirects (an old address on your site forwarding to a new one).

  • When: only when you have connected your site to Kora by approving an Application Password for Kora in WordPress (Users › Profile › Application Passwords). Without that, Kora cannot call these endpoints. You can revoke access at any time by deleting that Application Password.
  • What data: Kora reads the titles, links and SEO fields of your published pages and posts, and saves the SEO values you approve in Kora.
  • The plugin itself makes no outgoing requests — no tracking, no phoning home.

FAQ

Do I need a Kora account?

Yes. The plugin only stores and prints what Kora sends; on its own it does nothing visible (in full mode it still adds basic meta descriptions from your page text).

Will it conflict with Yoast SEO or Rank Math?

No. When either is active, AskKora SEO writes into their fields and prints no tags of its own.

What happens if I uninstall it?

AskKora SEO’s own settings and fields are removed. Values it saved into Yoast SEO or Rank Math stay there, so nothing changes on your pages in helper mode.
