Artwin Live connects your WordPress site to your Artwin Live account so you can display public events and collect booking requests.
The plugin includes:
- Artwin Live Tour dates
- Artwin Live Booking request form
- Floating Booking request assistant
- Visual layout and theme controls
This plugin connects to the Artwin Live service. An Artwin Live account is required to authenticate your site, load available bookings and submit booking requests.

This plugin contacts Artwin Live when you connect your account, refresh sources, display Artwin Live blocks or shortcodes, enable the floating Booking request form, or submit a booking request.
During account connection, the plugin sends your site URL and site name to Artwin Live and stores the returned access token in your WordPress options table. Disconnecting removes the token and cached source data from WordPress.
When rendering event widgets, the plugin sends the selected Artwin Live source ID and display settings such as layout, limit, artist selection, and visibility toggles. When submitting a booking request, the plugin sends the form fields entered by the visitor, including selected artist, event date/time, venue details, contact details, company details, and comment.

Installation
- Upload the plugin files to
/wp-content/plugins/artwin-live/, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen. - Activate the plugin.
- Go to Settings > Integrations > WordPress and connect your Artwin Live account.
- Add the Artwin Live Tour dates, Artwin Live Booking request form block to a page and/or the Floating Booking request assistant.

Do I need an Artwin Live account?

Yes. You need an Artwin Live account. After connecting, the plugin loads with your Artwin Live source automatically.

Can I still use shortcodes?

Yes. The plugin supports
[artwinlive_events],[artwinlive_booking_form], and the legacy[artwinlive_tour_dates]shortcode. -
Can I adjust the widget without writing CSS?

Yes. The blocks include layout, theme, artist, event count, and field visibility controls. The widget also inherits your theme styles by default.
