Description
Aquilisio Activity Logbook gives site owners a simple local record of important WordPress changes without turning the site into a heavy monitoring system.
The free plugin records useful admin and system activity, including logins, failed logins, user changes, content changes, media changes, plugin/theme changes, updater activity, and basic WooCommerce order/product changes.
Privacy is treated conservatively. Visitor IP addresses are stored as salted hashes only, and email addresses inside logged values are masked by default.
Free features include:
- Local activity log table
- Login, logout, and failed login tracking
- User profile, registration, and deletion tracking
- Post, page, and media change tracking
- Plugin, theme, and updater event tracking
- Basic WooCommerce order status and product update tracking
- Search and filter tools
- CSV export for the current filtered view
- 7, 14, or 30 day flexible retention cleanup
- Passive diagnostics for database, cron, WooCommerce, cache plugins, security plugins, duplicate loggers, and object cache
- Privacy-safe IP hashing and email masking
Paid add-ons, if installed separately, may add reports, alerts, file integrity monitoring, custom retention, external storage workflows, agency tools, and other advanced functionality. The WordPress.org package is fully usable on its own and does not contain locked paid implementation code.
