AppsPlus Software Scan Redirect Manager lets site administrators create and manage dynamic redirect QR codes using their own WordPress domain.
The WordPress.org plugin is free and fully functional. It does not require an account, license key, payment, subscription, or external service.
Features included in this plugin:
- Create and manage multiple dynamic redirect QR codes.
- Change a QR code’s destination without replacing the printed QR code.
- Enable or disable individual QR codes.
- Download standard black-and-white QR codes as PNG files.
- Track total scans for each QR code.
- Keep redirect and scan data in your WordPress database.
A separately distributed commercial add-on is available from Apps Plus Software for organizations that want additional design, export, reporting, and commercial support capabilities. The add-on and its functionality are not included in this WordPress.org plugin.

Installation
- Upload the plugin folder to
/wp-content/plugins/or install the ZIP through Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin. - Activate AppsPlus Software Scan Redirect Manager.
- Open Scan Redirect in the WordPress admin menu.
- Create a QR code and enter its destination URL.
- Download the PNG and use it where needed.
