Description
anyCRM is a cloud CRM for small business in Ukraine. This plugin connects a WooCommerce shop to it:
- orders and customers arrive in anyCRM right after checkout (customers are matched by phone);
- statuses go both ways: processing, completed, cancelled;
- Nova Poshta and Ukrposhta waybills made in anyCRM come back to the order, the customer’s account and emails, with a tracking link;
- products are imported into anyCRM, and prices and stock can be sent back.
The plugin sends only “order N changed” or “product N changed”. anyCRM then reads the order through the WooCommerce REST API with a key the plugin creates on connect, so nothing the shop sends is taken on trust. What does not arrive is picked up by anyCRM’s own sync every 15 minutes.
An anyCRM account is needed. The plugin works with both the classic order storage and HPOS, and with the block checkout.
External services
This plugin connects the shop to anyCRM (https://app.anycrm.io), a CRM service run by KVLK Studio (https://kvlkstudio.com/). Without it the plugin does nothing.
- When you press Connect, the plugin sends anyCRM the connection key you pasted, the shop’s address, the plugin version and a WooCommerce REST key (read/write) it creates for anyCRM.
- When an order or a product is created or changed, the plugin sends anyCRM its ID (no other order or customer data). anyCRM then reads the order or product, including the customer’s name, phone, email and address, through the WooCommerce REST API with that key.
- When you press Check connection, a short test message is sent.
Nothing is sent before the shop is connected. Disconnecting or deleting the plugin removes the REST key, and anyCRM loses access at once.

Tracking links in orders and emails lead to Nova Poshta (https://novaposhta.ua) and Ukrposhta (https://track.ukrposhta.ua); nothing is sent to them by the plugin.
Installation
- Plugins Add New, search for “anyCRM”, install and activate. WooCommerce must be active.
- In anyCRM switch on the WooCommerce module, open it and press “Plugin key”.
- In WordPress open anyCRM in the menu, paste the key and press Connect.
The site must open over HTTPS.

Does the plugin slow down checkout?

No. The message to anyCRM is queued in Action Scheduler (part of WooCommerce) and sent in the background.

What happens if anyCRM is unreachable?

The push is marked as failed in the plugin’s log, and anyCRM’s own sync picks the order up within 15 minutes.

Who keeps the stock?

By default the shop: anyCRM only copies it. You can make anyCRM the keeper in its integration settings; then the stock fields in WooCommerce are marked as managed by anyCRM.
