Answer Navigator CardReply works locally on your WordPress site and does not require an account, license key, subscription, or external API.
Privacy
The free plugin does not create a visitor question log. Visitor question text is processed for matching and is not stored by the free plugin.
To protect the public chat endpoint from excessive requests, Answer Navigator CardReply uses a WordPress transient with a one-minute expiration, keyed from a one-way hash of the request IP address. The raw IP address is not stored by Answer Navigator CardReply.

Installation
- Install and activate Answer Navigator CardReply.
- Open Answer Navigator CardReply in the WordPress Dashboard.
- Create your own answer cards or add the optional Small Business Starter Pack.
- Add
[answer_navigator_chat]to a page using a Shortcode block, Classic Editor, Elementor, or another shortcode-compatible area. - Ask several test questions and add real visitor wording as Question Variants.

No. Answer cards and topics are unlimited.

Does the Starter Pack install automatically?

No. It is optional and is added only when an administrator clicks Add Starter Pack.

Can I edit Starter Pack answers?

Yes. Starter Pack cards are ordinary Answer Navigator CardReply cards and can be edited, hidden, reorganized, or deleted.

Yes. You can configure global contact channels and optionally enable or customize contact recommendations for individual cards.

What happens when I uninstall the plugin?

By default, answer cards, topics, and settings remain in the database. You can enable “Delete all plugin data when uninstall” in Settings before uninstalling if you want them removed.
