Installation
- Upload the
ansar-seofolder to/wp-content/plugins/. - Activate Ansar SEO from the Plugins screen.
- Open a post or page in the block editor.
- Expand the Ansar SEO panel in the document settings sidebar.

Does Ansar SEO support the block editor?

Yes. Its on-page SEO controls are integrated into the Gutenberg document sidebar.

Does it support canonical URLs?

Yes. A custom canonical URL can be set for each supported content item.

Does it add frontend assets?

No. Ansar SEO outputs metadata in the document head and does not load frontend CSS or JavaScript.

What happens to existing Ultra SEO data?

Ansar SEO reads legacy
_ultra_seo_*post meta when corresponding Ansar SEO data has not yet been saved. This avoids a heavy database migration. -
Does uninstalling remove SEO metadata?

No. SEO metadata is preserved to prevent accidental data loss.
