Description
AM Zlot Booking Manager lets visitors pick a day and a time on a calendar and send a booking request. You confirm or cancel each request from the WordPress admin, and both sides get an email.
Features
- Calendar with a time slot list for every day. A booked slot is shown as unavailable and every other slot stays bookable.
- Weekly opening hours, special dates (closed days or custom hours), slot length, buffer time, minimum notice and how far ahead visitors can book.
- Optional month lock: only the current month can be booked, and the next month opens on the last day of the current one.
- Pending, confirmed and cancelled bookings with an optional meeting link per booking.
- Emails to the customer and to you on every new request and on confirmation. Optional SMTP settings and a deliverability check.
- Export confirmed bookings for one day or any date range as CSV, or open a print-ready page and use the browser print dialog to save it as PDF. This does not download a PDF file directly.
- Over 60 colour themes, your own accent colour, fine-tuning of single colours, light and dark mode with an optional visitor switch.
- Optional heading above the calendar, adjustable width, a smaller calendar size and adjustable shadow.
- Works in half-width columns and stacks on phones.

Privacy
AM Zlot Booking Manager integrates with the WordPress personal data export and erasure tools. Site administrators can find matching booking records under Tools > Export Personal Data and remove them under Tools > Erase Personal Data. Booking details are stored in this site’s WordPress database. If the site administrator configures SMTP or another mail transport, relevant booking details are transmitted to the configured mail server to deliver emails.
The plugin stores the name, email address, phone number and message that a visitor enters in the booking form, together with the chosen time, in a table in your WordPress database. The visitor’s IP address is used only for short-lived rate limiting. The plugin does not send booking data to a separate booking service. If SMTP is enabled, email content is transmitted to the mail server you configure.

FAQ
-
Where do I see new booking requests?
-
Under Bookings in the admin menu. A badge shows how many are waiting for you.
-
Why does a date show no times?
-
Use “Check a date” on the Availability tab. It explains why a date is closed or has no free slots.
-
Can I keep the SMTP password out of the database?
-
Yes. Add
define( 'AMZLOT_SMTP_PASS', 'your-password' );to wp-config.php. The plugin settings option is stored without autoloading, but the password is still stored in the database if you save it in the settings screen; using wp-config.php avoids that. -
The site is behind Cloudflare or another proxy and rate limiting sees the wrong IP.
-
Use the
amzlot_client_ipfilter to return the real visitor IP address. -
Will my bookings be deleted when I delete the plugin?
-
Yes, unless you add
define( 'AMZLOT_KEEP_DATA', true );to wp-config.php before deleting it.
