Agency AI OS – AI Chat Agent

Description

Your visitors ask questions at night and on weekends. Nobody answers and they leave. This plugin adds an AI assistant to your website that answers them at any time, using only what your own website says.

• Free demo, no sign-up: from the plugin settings, one click opens a demo where you talk to an agent that already knows your website.
• Answers only with your website’s content. It does not make up prices, discounts, schedules or promises, and it always says it is an AI assistant.
• Leads by email: when a visitor wants to buy, get a quote or talk to a person, the assistant takes their name and email or phone and emails them to you instantly.
• Spanish, English and Portuguese.
• Install in one step: paste the line you receive by email in Settings → AI Chat Agent and save.
• Free GDPR check: one click shows which trackers your website loads and whether it asks for consent first.

The AI assistant is a service of Agency AI OS. It starts with a 7-day free trial (once per website and per email, up to 50 conversations). After the trial it is a paid subscription (monthly or annual) that you can cancel with one click. The Basic plan shows “Assistant by Agency AI OS” inside the chat window; the Pro plan does not. The plugin itself is free and adds nothing to your website until you save an agent ID.

External services

This plugin connects to the Agency AI OS service (https://www.agencyiaos.com). It is needed to show the AI assistant on your website.

• When an agent ID is saved: every page of your website loads the chat script from https://www.agencyiaos.com/agent.js. When a visitor writes in the chat, their message, the previous messages of that conversation and the address of the page are sent to agencyiaos.com to generate the answer. The answer is generated by Anthropic (AI model provider). Agency AI OS does not store the text of conversations. If the visitor chooses to leave their details (name, email, phone, message), they are sent to the website owner by email and kept in the owner’s dashboard for 30 days. To prevent abuse, messages are counted with an irreversible fingerprint of the IP address (the IP address is not stored).
• When you click “Try it free with my website” or “Check my website for free” in the plugin settings: agencyiaos.com opens in a new tab with your website address, so the service can read the public text of your website (demo) or check its trackers (GDPR check).

Nothing is sent while no agent ID is saved and you do not click those buttons.
