Advanced Random Post

Description

Selects a defined number of random posts from the archive and shows them on the front page

In the options page, you can change:
1. The number of post that will come shown in the Home Page
2. The position in which the post random they will come shown (for example, in second position)
3. The name to give to the title of the post random (To es. “Random Post: Hello World!”)

Installation

  1. Upload to your plugins folder, usually wp-content/plugins/ and unzip the file, it will create a wp-content/plugins/advanced-random-post/ directory.
  2. Activate the plugin through the “Plugins” menu in WordPress
  3. Go to “Options” administration menu, select “Advanced Random Post” from the submenu. Change some options.
  4. Done 🙂

Upgrading

  1. Delete old files
  2. Upload new files
