Description
All your key product stats. One clear view.
Understand your WooCommerce store at a glance. Statora Plus brings essential product-performance statistics together in one clear dashboard, helping you monitor and compare products without searching through scattered reports.
Built around three principles: Reliability, Simplicity and Autonomy.
Statora Plus combines WooCommerce order data with its own product-page view tracking system to provide a clearer picture of product performance.
The plugin’s administration interface is currently available in Greek only.
Requires WooCommerce to be installed and activated.
Features
- Store overview with product views, orders, units sold, revenue, cancellations and returns.
- Product-level statistics in one table.
- Today and overall figures for supported metrics.
- Search products by name or SKU.
- Sort product results using supported metrics or sortable table columns.
- View product stock where stock management is enabled.
- Uses WooCommerce order data and records product-page views.
Important notes
- Historical cancellation and refund event dates cannot be reconstructed when the original event history was not recorded. Today’s cancellation and return figures are available from the relevant tracking version onward; older events may not be represented.
- Revenue and sold-unit metrics are recognized only after the merchant marks an order Completed, confirming customer receipt. Daily figures use the completion date. Cash on Delivery orders remain in Processing until payment is collected; mark them Completed only after delivery/payment confirmation.
- Store overview counts one cancellation per order and one return per WooCommerce refund record. Product statistics attribute each event to the affected products.
- A cancelled unpaid Cash on Delivery order counts only as a cancellation. A paid cancellation counts as a return only when a WooCommerce refund record exists. A full refund of a paid order, recorded before the order is marked Completed, counts as both a return and a cancellation, even when refunded quantities are not recorded. A full return after completion requires a full monetary refund and refunded quantities for every product line. A partial return counts as a return, not a cancellation.
- For accurate product-level attribution and full-return detection, enter refunded quantities for the affected line items in the WooCommerce refund form. Amount-only partial refunds on multi-product orders cannot be assigned to a specific product. Manual WooCommerce refunds only record the refund in the store; return the money to the customer before creating the manual refund record.
- WooCommerce manages stock reduction and temporary reservations. Statora Plus does not reduce stock itself, avoiding duplicate stock deductions. For unpaid Pending payment orders, configure WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Inventory > Hold stock (minutes).
- Statistics are intended for product-performance monitoring and analysis, not as an accounting report.
- Product-page views are recorded and counted by Statora Plus using its own tracking tables.
- Review the dashboard after installation and allow the initial background import of existing WooCommerce order history to complete before evaluating historical order statistics.

FAQ
-
Does this plugin replace WooCommerce reports?
-
No. Statora Plus consolidates key product statistics in one view to make them easier to review and compare.
-
Are cancellation and return counts always available for all historical dates?
-
No. Historical event timestamps cannot be recreated if they were not recorded when the events occurred.
-
Does Statora Plus use its own product-view tracking system?
-
Yes. Statora Plus uses its own tracking system and database tables to record product-page views. No external analytics service is required for this built-in tracking.
-
How are cancellations and returns recorded?
-
Statora Plus uses WooCommerce order and refund records. Store overview figures count cancellation events per order and return events per WooCommerce refund record. Product-level statistics attribute events to the affected products when the necessary information is available.
-
Does a return count always mean that the physical product was received back?
-
No. Return statistics are based on WooCommerce refund records and the refunded quantities recorded in the order. Statora Plus does not independently verify the physical receipt of returned products.
-
Is the administration interface available in English?
-
Not yet. The plugin’s administration interface is currently available in Greek only.
