Rimazi Monthly Report & Export for Paid Memberships Pro gives membership site owners a simple way to review important monthly membership KPIs and export them as a clean CSV report.
Instead of collecting membership numbers from multiple screens, the plugin brings the most important monthly figures together in one compact, read-only dashboard.
Monthly membership report
Select a month and review:
- Current Active Members
- Members at Month End
- New Members
- Cancellations
- Expirations
- Successful Payments
- Revenue
The report also includes a membership level breakdown showing:
- Current Active Members
- Starts
- Cancelled Memberships
- Expired Memberships
CSV export
Download the selected monthly report as a CSV file for use in spreadsheets, monthly business reporting, documentation, or your own reporting workflows.
The exported report includes the same key membership KPIs shown inside WordPress.
Current and historical membership numbers
The plugin separates the current number of active members from the reconstructed member count at the end of a selected historical month.
This makes it easier to distinguish between:
- your current membership status
- membership activity during the selected month
- the recorded membership base at the end of that month
Built for Paid Memberships Pro
The plugin automatically uses the membership levels and membership data already stored by Paid Memberships Pro.
There are no hard-coded membership level IDs and no additional analytics setup is required.
Read-only by design
Rimazi Monthly Report & Export does not modify:
- WordPress users
- PMPro memberships
- membership levels
- orders
- payment data
It only reads existing WordPress and Paid Memberships Pro data to generate reports.
No external reporting service
No external analytics account, API, tracking database, or third-party reporting service is required.
Your membership reporting data remains inside your WordPress installation unless you choose to download a CSV export.

Installation
- Install and activate Paid Memberships Pro.
- Install Rimazi Monthly Report & Export for Paid Memberships Pro through the WordPress Plugins screen, or upload the plugin ZIP manually.
- Activate the plugin.
- Open
Memberships > Monthly Reporting. - Select a month and year.
- Review the report or download it as a CSV file.
No additional configuration is required.

Does this plugin require Paid Memberships Pro?

Yes. Monthly Report & Export is designed specifically for sites using Paid Memberships Pro.

Does this plugin send my membership data anywhere?

No. The plugin reads the existing WordPress and Paid Memberships Pro database data locally and displays the report inside your WordPress admin area.
No external analytics or reporting service is required.

Does the plugin change any Paid Memberships Pro data?

No.
The reporting functionality is read-only. It does not modify users, memberships, membership levels, orders, or payment data.

What does Current Active Members mean?

Current Active Members is the current number of unique, existing WordPress users with at least one Paid Memberships Pro membership record whose status is
active.This is a current snapshot and is therefore independent of the historical month selected in the report.

What does Members at Month End mean?

Members at Month End is a best-effort reconstruction of how many unique existing WordPress users had a recorded Paid Memberships Pro membership spanning the end of the selected month.
The calculation is based on recorded membership start and end dates.
Deleted users and membership history that has subsequently been removed or edited cannot be reconstructed.

What does New Members mean?

New Members counts unique users whose first recorded Paid Memberships Pro membership started during the selected month.
Later level changes or additional memberships do not count the same user as a new member again.

Which cancellations are counted?

The plugin counts Paid Memberships Pro membership history records with a
cancelledoradmin_cancelledstatus whose membership change date falls inside the selected month. -
What does Successful Payments mean?

Successful Payments counts successful Paid Memberships Pro orders recorded during the selected month.

How is Revenue calculated?

Revenue is calculated from successful Paid Memberships Pro orders recorded during the selected month using the site’s Paid Memberships Pro payment data and currency settings.

Are refunds included as a separate KPI?

No.
Refunds are intentionally not included as a headline KPI in the current version. The plugin focuses on a compact set of broadly useful monthly membership metrics.

Can I select future months?

No. Future months cannot be selected or exported.
For the current month, historical month-end membership numbers remain open until the month has ended instead of displaying a projected future value.

Can I export the report?

Yes.
Each selected monthly report can be downloaded as a CSV file for further analysis, archiving, or use in spreadsheet applications.

Does the plugin support multiple membership levels?

Yes.
Membership levels are discovered automatically from Paid Memberships Pro. No hard-coded level IDs are required.
