- Enter your WhatsApp number in Settings WOW Quick Chat
- A floating button appears on your site
That is it. The button links to https://wa.me/{number}?text={message} with proper URL encoding.
Privacy
WOW Quick Chat makes zero external HTTP requests. It loads no fonts, no icons, no analytics, no tracking pixels from any third-party server. The WhatsApp link opens directly in the user’s browser or app. No data passes through our servers — because there are no servers. This plugin is 100% GDPR compliant by design.

Installation
- Upload the plugin folder to
/wp-content/plugins/, or install directly from Plugins Add New in WordPress - Activate the plugin through the Plugins screen
- Go to Settings WOW Quick Chat
- Check Enable Button
- Enter your WhatsApp phone number with country code (e.g.,
919999999999— no plus sign, no spaces, no dashes) - Optionally customize the default message, button position, and color
- Click Save Changes
- The floating button now appears on your site
That is all. No shortcodes to remember, no widgets to configure, no CSS to write.

Does this plugin track users?

Yes. The button is fully responsive and works on all screen sizes. On mobile devices, it adjusts to a smaller size and the tooltip is hidden for a cleaner touch experience.

Yes. Go to Settings WOW Quick Chat and use the color picker to choose any color. The default is WhatsApp green (#25D366).

Can I change the position?

Yes. You can set the button to appear on the bottom-right or bottom-left of your site from the settings page.

Do I need a WhatsApp Business account?

No. A regular WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business account works fine. Just use your active phone number.
