Lets you disable unwanted updates for plugins
Very useful for remedial patching of other plugins
If you occasionally come across *that* plugin which work brilliantly save for the only tiny easily patchable issue, this plugin can help you preserve though changes other lost through the casual press of the "Update" button.
One nice ask I can think of would be if the plugin could remind the Administrator of what plugins are prevent-from-update list, perhaps it's possible to hook in an extra "Blocked from updates" link next to the "All | Active | Inactive" etc?
