WP-Creativix Parse Error

    Hello Forum,
    I hope someone might be able to help me (hopefully a volunteer who may see this)
    I am not technical savvy, but I am having problems with my website. I am receiving a parse error

    Parse error: syntax error, unexpected $end in /hermes/waloraweb044/b2041/moo.chellecaldwellcom/wp-content/themes/wp-creativix/comments.php on line 32

    and also, the home page displays the dashboard up above when I “Visit My Site”, when I go to the other tabs, the mini dashboard does not appear so I can edit a page.
