    Is there a way to work with wordpress without a server?

    I want to work with it on my own computer without having it hosted on a server to make some changes to my posts and edit the theme a bit…

    is there a way to do so?

    Could always install something like XAMPP and run a copy of WordPress on your local computer.

    Or you might want to consider using the EasyPHP. And you can modify and test-run your themes locally, but if posting offline doesn’t affect your website domain wordpress. When you post on the local server, it will only update the local database but not your hosted website.
