WordPress – Theme Menus

Hi,

I am needing some help here. I develop websites for local companies and one is an e-commerce site that i am currently working on. I want to use wordpress’s menu system so i have menus that i want to show shown and ones in the background hidden but still to be accessed by the public when going to the likes of checkout.

Now the problem I have run into is that its a shopping e-commerce site and there are many brands, items to be added by the menu system in themes seems to only allow a maxium number of menus and if i add any more it seems to delete them… If there a fix for this as wordpress provides the great and professional look and power but I really need the menus to be able to make this site work.

If someone could help this would be great! I am running all my test sites on WAMP, the site is not currently live its just on my localhost so is there a fix for this?
