    I’m a beginner to use wordpress.How to setting RSS in my wordpress blog.Where i can register RSS feed.How Insert the RSS feed URL that is used to access the XML of your RSS feed.
    Please guide me step by step

    Your RSS feeds are there – WP creates them for you automatically.

    I don’t understand the question about registering.

    Your feeds should be there:
    example.com/?feed=rss2
    or, if you use the nice permalinks:
    example.com/feed
