When I try and log in to wordpress, it just redirects to the login page. This started happening after I tried to change the url of the site from 123.example.com to http://www.example.com using the site address option in the backend.
How do I regain access to log in?

go to plugin folder via ftp and delete any redirect plugins you have. You will then be able to login as usual. So login with new url, and change settings, general > wordpress url to the new url you just logged in from. then you can reinstall the login redirect plugin and everything should work fine.
